Handcrafted hardwood charcuterie boards made from a mix of walnut, cherry and maple. Boards are edge grain; the alternating pattern of wood varies based on the fish design and color. We arrange the wood to help accent the vivid colors of the fish inlay. Therefore, every board is unique and one of a kind. After sanding and polishing the epoxy design all boards are finished with multiple layers of hand rubbed mineral oil to protect the beauty of the wood. All materials used in the product of these boards are food safe. Although our Charcuterie boards are food safe we do NOT recommend it to be used as a cutting surface.
